How Does it Work?
1. Get a quote on our website. Find your device using our search field, select your item, follow the prompts, and continue to checkout.
2. Print out your pre-paid UPS shipping label, affix it to the box you'll be using, and carefully pack and mail your device to us.
3. Get paid. We will make payment within 1-3 business days of receiving your items. Payments are made via check or Paypal.
How are Quotes Determined?
Our staff analyzes the secondary market and determine these prices. We constantly update our site in order to pay you the highest price in the industry.
When is the Best Time to Get the Highest Quote?
Right now! Once you checkout our offer is good for 30 days. Prices change frequently so it is best to lock in your price as soon as you know you are upgrading or would like to sell your device. If your quote expires and you still want to sell your item, simply return to the site to get a new quote. All UPS prepaid shipping lables are good for 30 days upon your checkout.

How do I package my electronics for shipment?
Protecting your electronics is very important! Please make sure to pack the item(s) very carefully before sending them to us. You can use any padded envelope or shipping box to send us a phone. We do not provide a shipping box at this time.
GreenBuyback provides a prepaid UPS shipping label with every transaction. Print the label and affix it to any box or padded envelope you may have. If you are dropping the package off at a UPS store please make sure to ask for a receipt.
How long does it take to get paid?
We strive to make payments the same day that we receive your items. We typically pay with 24 hours of receiving your item(s). Once the payment has been issued it typically takes 3-5 days for checks to be delivered, while PayPal is instant*.
*Please note that selecting the PayPal method may cause a fee to be generated through PayPal. This is a PayPal fee and is not generated by GreenBuyback.
What is a Requote?
You may receive a phone call or email to notify you that your item does not meet the condition that is was initially quoted at. This will only happen if:
The model is different than what was initially checked out
There is an iCloud lock on the device
The physical condition does not meet what was initially checked out
The phone has a bad ESN/IMEI (verfied lost/stolen list with the carrier)
We will make you a new offer if the condition does not meet what was originally agreed upon. You have the right to accept or reject the requote. If you decide to reject the requote we will ship your item(s) back to you free of charge.
*GreenBuyBack reserves the right to deny purchasing any devices that do not meet what was initially agreed upon or that have been reported lost or stolen through their respective carrier.
How do I deactivate "Find My iPhone" before shipping it?
To ensure a quick process, please make sure to turn off Find My iPhone before sending it to us.
The best way to do this is to erase all content and settings from your device before sending it in. This will completely erase your device, turn off Find My iPhone, and remove the device from your iCloud account. On your iOS device, go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
